Use our cement or truck hire form to prepare a WhatsApp message, then review and send it in WhatsApp. You can also call or email us.
Are the listed products in stock?
Availability and prices change. Our sales team confirms the brand, grade, packaging and current price before you place an order.
Can I request Paper and Sack together?
Yes. Enter separate bag quantities in the quotation form. We will confirm whether your requested brand and packaging mix is available.
When will my cement arrive?
Timing depends on stock, your destination and truck availability. Agree the expected delivery arrangements with our team; a preferred date in the form is not a guarantee.
Are transport and offloading included?
Transport and offloading charges and responsibilities are confirmed with your quotation. State whether you need offloading support.
How do I book a truck?
Start with a truck hire enquiry including your route, cargo and preferred date. Our team confirms availability, charges and booking terms before a booking is accepted.
How should I pay?
Contact sales to confirm the accepted payment method, payment details and reference for your order. The website does not process payments.
Does sending an enquiry confirm an order?
No. A quotation request does not reserve stock or a truck, confirm payment or create an order. Confirm the arrangements directly with SHILOBEN.
