How your details are used when you enquire through this website.
Information you enter
The cement form asks for your name, phone number, requested brand and grade, bag quantities, delivery location, preferred date, offloading requirements and any notes. The truck hire form asks for your name, phone, route, cargo, date and approximate load.
When your enquiry is sent
The forms prepare your message in your browser. Preparing the draft does not submit an enquiry to SHILOBEN, store it in our management system or confirm an order. Opening the WhatsApp link passes the prepared message to WhatsApp. You must press Send in WhatsApp to send the enquiry to our team.
Why SHILOBEN needs these details
We use information you send to respond to your enquiry and discuss the supply, delivery or transport service you request. Avoid including sensitive identification, passwords or payment information in the forms.
WhatsApp and other services
WhatsApp processes messages under its own terms and privacy policy. If you contact us by email or phone, those services process the information needed for that communication. The public website is hosted on GitHub Pages; its hosting provider may process technical information such as request details under its policies. This website does not add analytics trackers or enquiry storage.
